That's why we have free shipping on orders over $130 and hassle-free exchanges and returns for all U.S. orders. If the fit isn't quite right, we'll work with you to find a better size or provide a full refund. 


Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.


Free standard shipping on orders over $130: Available for all U.S. orders over $130 and shipped with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Expect a total of 3-5 business days for delivery with processing times. 


Orders that do not meet the minimum of $130 have a $8 flat fee for standard shipping.


Expedited shipping: We provide faster shipping with USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2nd Day Air (1-2 business days). You can opt in for faster shipping for an additional price upon checkout. Expect at total of 2-4 business days with processing times.


International shipping: We ship internationally with USPS First Class International mail at checkout for an additional price. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may incur with international orders. Please view USPS international status for the latest updates on service suspensions in specific countries.

Free Returns & Exchanges on all U.S. orders

We offer free returns and exchanges and provide a prepaid label for all orders shipped within the US. Shirts must be returned within 30 days of purchase date to qualify. To start the return or exchange process, please email us at hello@nimble-made.com with the following information:

- Issue with the fit or style

- Were you able to button up the shirt?


Is an exchange right for me?

Our sizes have an 0.5-1 inch increase across measurements when sizing up in an exchange. An exchange will work out if you find tightness in certain areas and are looking for a little more room. If you weren't able to button the existing size all the way up, an exchange may not work out. However, please give us your detailed feedback in the email above and we're happy to provide a recommendation!


What is the exchange process?

Once we have received your inquiry via email, we will advise a better size and send a prepaid shipping label for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Washed or stained shirts will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund. To be eco-friendly, please include all original packaging like clips, cardboard, etc – we reuse them! 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your original item and have begun the exchange process or have refunded you. As a small business, we work to get you your exchange order delivered to you within 2 weeks.


What can I exchange?

You can make an exchange request for a new size or style. Shoot us a note with the above information and desired style or size change. Our fit experts can also assist with size or style recommendations.



Quick Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have processed the refund. Note that any shipping fees incurred in the original order will not be refunded. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.


Gift cards are non-refundable.


Worn, Washed, or Damaged Items

Unfortunately, we can not accept worn, washed, or damaged shirts for exchanges or returns. If you have tried on the shirt for the fit, that is acceptable. As a small business, we have limited inventory and do not resell worn, washed, or damaged shirts to our customers. Do not submit an exchange or return request if shirts have been worn outside, have any stains or dirt, or have been washed. We do not refund for shirts returned in these conditions. If we receive a damaged shirt, they will be donated to a dress-for-success charity.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please review the following steps: 

1) Check your bank account again.
2) Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
3) Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is postedIf the above has been completed and the refund has still not been processed, please feel free to contact us at hello@nimble-made.com.
